Fixed bug in executing table p/1 as dyn.

Minor refinements: special case some operations for efficiency (reindex)
and a little more checking for input errors.

on trie databases.

Changed description of tabling properties in predicate_property/2.

Added new predicates (and fixed a bug or two, I think.) (An unusual case
in which tests got ahead of the code...)
