Added interm_termhash builtin. (Thought this had been done...)

Add decl to eliminate MSVC warning.

Minor change to string hash function; may be a micro improvement for long
strings. But is slightly more consistent.

Added ifdef to allow C programs on windows to include cinterf.h, which
includes this file. A bit of a hack, but I can't think of a reasonable
better way to do it.

(forgot this one: eliminate dll warning for MSVC compilation.)

Added conditional windows phraseology to eliminate inconsistent dll
linkage warnings. Also added functionality to intern_term by adding
another flag argument to all return of address of interned term tagged
as integer.

dbdriver: NULL() replaced with NUL(_)
manual: typos
slgdelay: commented out spurious printf's

Deleted error processing for situation that shouldn't arise during type
conversiont, and just throw an internal error instead.

if 'term' is specified as a field type and the field is empty or space-only, return that atom ' ' rather than a variable.
Also, issue an error/warning if can't convert to term.
I think it is better than before.
