Deleted error processing for situation that shouldn't arise during type
conversiont, and just throw an internal error instead.

if 'term' is specified as a field type and the field is empty or space-only, return that atom ' ' rather than a variable.
Also, issue an error/warning if can't convert to term.
I think it is better than before.

added the ability to use user-defined types to proc_files: user can use
add_cvt_type_hook/2 to specify conversion hooks for specific types, eg, a time-hook may take something like '9:8:7' and return time(9,8,7).

IDG traversal routines using CNs instead of SFs, and code cleanup.

Finished (I think) updating code so that IDG traversal for meta-predicates
works on call nodes rather than SF. (I didn't change xsb_compute_scc, which can only work on
interior IDG nodes, anyway).

Also do a bit of code cleanup, removal of dead code, and rationalization of code within files.

No longer needed.
