Forgot to commit these a couple of days ago.

Added max number (10) of error messages printed for wrong length lines. 11th
gives "more..." message, and then others generate no messages.

Changed padded fields to 'NULL'(_), as MK suggested.

line numbers were not initialized by conset
added line numbers to errors and warnings where they were missing

in proc_files, if one of the lines is shorter/longer than the spec,
pad this line with '' or cut.
Didn't have the time to figure out how to pad it with vars (or better with 'NULL'()) because it goes into a loop somewhere.
And David wanted '' anyway.
But now we possibly have to change other kinds of padding to use the same method.

Add opt(Val) alternative for all opt=Val option forms.

Fix introduced bug for atomic predicate spec.
Also now support titles(N), titles=N, pad(N), pad=N as options.

Changes to allow incr dyn leaves to show up in immed_depends, along with some changes
of old names that now dont make much sense.

Export search_file for use elsewhere (now proc_files.)

Fixed spurious warning when loading dynamic/opaque predicaes.
