XSB Src (SVN)-old

Implemented interrupts with goals for sequential engine -- an analog
of thread signal queues. Curr_sym.* is other setup for tripwires, which wont interfere with anything.

Implemented version of message queues for single-threaded engine, to
support interrupts with general goals.

Added interrupt_with_goal and handle_goal_interrupt. These allow a
computation to interupt itself from Prolog with any goal.

Fixed minor bug in timed_call test.

Fixing xsb testsuite for MT

Changed boundary condition on term stacks in 2 term traversal routines. This fixes 2 memory errors uncovered by Valgrind.

got rid of -ansi -pedantic

Hopefully, a fix to a transient problem w. immutable.

fixed the makefile and couple of casts so that the c_calling_XSB example will compile and with fewer warnings.

Disabled dissasembly for immutable modules. Debug messages for immutable set on w. verboseness flag.
