Changed boundary condition on term stacks in 2 term traversal routines. This fixes 2 memory errors uncovered by Valgrind.

got rid of -ansi -pedantic

Hopefully, a fix to a transient problem w. immutable.

fixed the makefile and couple of casts so that the c_calling_XSB example will compile and with fewer warnings.

Disabled dissasembly for immutable modules. Debug messages for immutable set on w. verboseness flag.

Debug messages for immutable only come on w. verboseness level set.

Immutable debug messages only print out if verboseness is set on.

eliminated very large number of cast/unused warnings

Cleaned up DL rule form where 2nd arg of an exists DL structure is an
exists DL structure. Had to relax check to allow it.

windows (in VC 2014) had a guge number of int->unsigned conversion warnings in s/f/printf statements.
Added explicit casts to silence them.
