Exported an old version of a predicate, with the wrong arity -- now fixed.

Documentation of get_incomplete_subgoal_info and get_incomplete_scc_info, along with a few tweaks to table_builtins.tex

Added get_incomplete_subgoal_info and get_incomplete_scc_info.

Changes to support get_incomplete_subgoal_info and friends.

Didn't check in rith tries.c file (and it was slightly wrong anyway.
This should fix the issure of lack of untrailing in variant_call_search.

Updates that fix a bug in Answer Completion; and some anomalies found
in my search for a problem in generating delay lists. That bug continues
to allude me, but these fixes can be made.
Left some debugging printf's in (but commented out) that will be removed
when (if?) I find the delay-list bug.

commented out a debug msg about cancelling sleeper.

Support for tables.P change

Forgot to commit idg change.

Removed a spurious sentence.
