XSB Src (SVN)-old

Handled predicates used in aggregate declarations more consistently with
other uses. Improves compile warnings.

Imported '.'/2 from consult for aggregations that use lists.
Quiets compiler warnings (when aggregate is in a module) but I
doubt it has any other effect.

Added a couple of sentences about timed call and break levels.

Made timed_call work with breaks.

Added cancel_sleeper_thread for making timed_call work with XSB/Ergo break.

Updates for timed_call additions.

added quotation to Windows paths so that pcre/curl/xpath packages could work for the cases when XSB is installed in directories that contain spaces.

Fixed a performance bug in tsiOrderedInsert in tst_insert.c to avoid
running a long list to insert a node in the proper location. Used a
"skiplist" idea. Only implemented one level, since that more than
handled my problem. Left warning if more levels would be needed for
faster access.
The other files are updated to try to support the same functionality
in the multithreaded engine. I'm unable to test those changes now, so
I'm depending on others to test this...

Changed a type from long to int, so quiets my compiler warnings.

Fixed some broken format specifications in printf's. Used only in debugging,
I believe.
