XSB Src (SVN)-old

A bunch of coersions, fmt changes, type long to int (which eliminated
a long-standing warning from MSVC in 32-bit mode). I don't know why
some of these warnings just showed up now (maybe Michael's cygwin
compiler invocation change?), but good to have them.

made -mno-cygwin to be off by default, since gcc has dropped support for this years ago. If somebody badly wants to use gcc 3.*, he'll have to use configure --enable-no-cygwin.

forgot to comment out example code

mainly added external .o files for creation of the executable XSB file. Previously it was only for the xsbmod target.
Made dollar_var_psc available externally.

added the ability to statically link XSB with external obj files for windows also

Moved intern_cpred() to psc_xsb.c

A few coersions to quiet my compiler warnings.

Move to after end of switch of a "return TRUE;" commented to be at end
of switch in table_inspection_function, but wasn't. My compiler
warnings pointed it out.

Added only a couple of commented-out lines of code, but useful when debugging
(at least for my archaic techniques.)

Commented out code used only in commented out code, to quiet compiler
warnings.

rm config.status before each run of configure. config.status causes undesirable caching in multiplatform installs
