tr_utils -- got rid of extraneous global variable
tr_code_xsb_i.h -- got rid of printf.

slgintst.h -- log tc for call subsumption if forest logging is on
emuloop.c - commented out printf.

took out printfs, and rearranged condition of while statement for Valgrind.

Added new case for dependencies in explain_u_val.

Fix for explain_u_val when asking about a subgoal that depends on
SCCs with negative loops, but that is not part of one.

Fixed bug in remove incomplete tables, as used in error handling. Fix
was to abolish incremental tables incrementally.

Added a missing underscore in #ifndef MULTI THREAD

Fixed a very subtle memory bug in expanding arrays for tabling. Needed tocheck that index is >= size =1
