It is an error in XSB to call abolish_all_tables when some choice
point the computation forest has a non-empty delay list. I improved
the error message for this to actually print out the tables in the
(first) such delay list, which will hopefully help programmers.

Fixed bug in assert when set_var_occurrences is used. Need to traverse the
attributes of an attributed variable to cound variables occurring there as
well.
