Introduced 3 new C macros: get_str_arg(Cell,argnoInt), get_list_head(Cell),
get_list_tail(Cell) for accessing fields in structured terms. These replace
things like cell(clref_val(term)+argno) (for arg).
Makes things simpler and cleaner and more transparent.
