fixed configure.in so xsb would compile under solaris

Need to re-execute brat_undefined after abolish_all_tables.

The definition of the infix operator as/2 dictates that the extended tabling directive should be parsed as as(table(Args),Options) but this file originally had table(as(Args,Options)); nevertheless, I left the original code in-place for the original author to review.

Updated instrctuins for building the binary Windows installer using the provided Inno Setup script.

Decided to make hashval into 64-bit (on 64-bit). Minor, but seems right.

Fixed bug in generating hash value, when there was overflow it could return
a negative value. This caused rampant memory consumption for unnecessary
hash tables.

Made abolish_all_private_tables a standard predicate.

Adding this for brat.
