XSB Src (SVN)-old

Expanded to test of error-checking.

Fixes for better error handling by table/1 including throwing a
permission error on an attempt to table static, non-tabled code.

Forgot to commit these when expanding predicate property for various
types of tabling.

Clarified documentation of dynamic/1 and table/1.

Factored out old tabled aggregate stuff as it is (mostly if not
completely) overridden by the new answer subsumption format.

Changes to get rid of explict descriptions of bagPO/filterPO. etc.

Also inclusion of PITA

change to allow opaque tables to depend on incremental tables.

Changes to allow predicate property to report variant and
subsumptively tabled predicates.

Added tabled(variant) and tabled(subsumptive) to predicate_property/2.

Added tests to make sure incremental declarations (as opposed to
directives) work properly.
