Fixed bug in handling of delimiters.

Added import of copy_term when generate aggregate transformation.
Don't know why this bug didn't show up earlier.

Another small update to delete_branch to support backtrackable updates
and trie_unintern_nr.

Made delete_branch check the BTNs that it deallocated, to make sure
that it wasn't deallocating an already-deallocated BTN. The foregoing
situation arose when using trie_unintern_nr and reclaim_unintern_nr by
the storage module for backtrackable updates.

Exported do_the_load as load_object_file so it can be used to ensure
exactly what file is loaded, bypassing the library_directory paths,
when necessary.

Added abolishing of cdf tables in check_identity, since call to intensional could
call cdf predicates which create tables, which will out of date after an update.
