Change slightly the condition that triggers string garbage collection.

Updated documentation of the predicate_property/2 built-in predicate to describe the new "built_in" predicate property.

Added support for the predicate property "built_in" to the predicate_property/2 built-in predicate. Both this predicate and this property are specified in the current ISO Prolog Core revision draft standardization proposal.

Minor updates for 3.2-pre

Seems to have become out-of-date.

Minor syntax change for simplicity.

Minor improvement on definition of add_lib_dir.

Fixed what looked like a typo, calling a nonexistent predicate.

Added (?-) as standard symbol. Not normally necessary since the compiler
handles it (and we don't use it much), but if interpreted, it should be
known.

Minor change in syntax for clarity/efficiency.
