XSB Src (SVN)-old

Adding weibull, exponential and normal distributins (manual doc added a day or two ago).

May have forgotten to commit this, it includes changes to allow constant functions like pi and e.

Changes in system.tex to describe the module system -- old description
was out of date in several respects. Also added several examples of
use.

Changed some description items so that standard predicates will appear
as such in the index.

Added descriptions of call/[2,3]

Fixed bug in compiler handling of goals of form Mod:Variable.
Also minor change in parenthesization in loader, for clarity.

A minor change that allows cygwin pathname processing to handle one
more drive specification syntax (that showed up when running gdb.

Update compiler to generate getdfloat and putdfloat to compile
constant doubles. (string seems to be the one syslib file that
uses floats, so its xwam file is updated. Again, if different
chips represent doubles differently, then xwam files generated on
one machine may not work on another.)

Add new instructions putdfloat and getdfloat to handle double floats.
Update the loader to load these instructions from the xwam files.
(There is a possible problem. The doubles are written into the xwam
file as bitstrings, and read by the loader as the same bitstring. If
representations on different machines are different, then xwam files
compiled on one system won't run on another.)
