XSB Src (SVN)-old

Adding (the correct version of) bounds.xwam as is can be a little difficult to compile.

Also, upated bounds.pl with a portray hook so that you can see the values of the variables in the command line.

adding .xwam as it can be a little tricky to compile due to operators.

Adding bounds package.

Minor change to take out exported predicate that was not needed.

Updates mainly to add documentation for the bounds package.

Tests for bounds package.

Committing standard.xwam (guess I forgot).

also added numbervars/3 to as a "builtin" -- as specified in the long-way-from-adopted core revision.

Lots of changes that started with adding doc for sub_atom/5. I
reviewed our implementation of a number of ISO predicates and updated
our documentation to indicate differences with the standard. This led
to lots of small changes as I reviewed documentation of varying ages.

Added a couple of ISO predicates that aren't very useful unless you
can convert characters to different codes (rather than just ascii).
But they work, and it should make porting to XSB a little easier.

Added new cdf_checks for checking DL rules. (To help avoid problems
Jen was encountering when hand-creating DL rules.)
