fixed the .exe bug, moved .obj to saved.o

Replaced all atom_codes/append/atom_codes combinations with str_cat, to
simplify and speed up compilation.

Cast 4th param is setsockopt to (void *)

fix \n bug when .flr compiled.

Reduced the default linger option.

allow space between objects and specification, such as "a [b->c]"

Added _open_osfhandle in socket_accept/connect, which should smooth out the
differences between windows and unix.

fix [a] = [a] bug.
The problem was due to the ambiguity between lists and lists
representation to load files such as [file1].

moved .obj files into saved.o

Incorporated Joshua Engel's changes to get XSB work as a DLL.
In heap.c, got rid of compiler warnings.
