David, The advice is indeed also valuable. Thanks. load_dyn works well for me. But it seems that dynamic/1 means more than just tolerate_unknown/1. Also if it helps, that semihemidemiquasipseudo-file called [user] can have a different effect from loading a real file containing the same commands - e.g. ':- dynamic t/1. :- multifile t/1. t(1).' If this is already common knowledge then ignore it as it's just a curiousity. Paul |
