Hi, I was trying to checkout XroadMaker and I get the following from configure:
checking for gnomeConf.sh file in /usr/local/lib... not found configure: error: Could not find the gnomeConf.sh file that is generated by gnome-libs install
I'm running Mandrake 7.1 and the latest helix-gnome, with
gnome-libs-1.2.4-0mdk_helix_2.rpm. There does not appear to be a gnomeConf.sh anywhere. Any suggestions?
thanks,
-Sep

I know it's a _very_ late reply, but I just got this software myself. I ran into the same problem, and to fix it, I installed the gnome-libs-devel package. There are quite a few dependencies on that one, but hopefully your package manager can handle it. I also ran into problems with ld not finding db1. Had to install libDb1 devel packages as well. There are some permission problems for me with the library editor (I must run it as root, or I get a segfault). Other than that it installed okay.
