I'm evaluationg different crm systems and I'm considering xrms for our company.
I checked out the demo and I liked it so far. I still have some questions regarding the mail merge feature.
What I like to have is a system that ideally creates a new lead from the information contained in an email or web form. It then sends out autoresponder emails on a certain schedule to this lead.
Is this possible to do with xmrs? If not, would it be easy to implement?

There is a plugin in the system that creates new company/contacts/leads from a web form.
Mail merge is still under active development. There is no 'recurring' feature currently implemented in the Mail Merge code. We are working on recurring workflow items that could probably be extended to provide this functionality.
