Should be calendar-ru-koi.js. File content is incorrect.
2. ru-koi.inc.php
Incorrect file content.

Ok for filename. But what do you mean by "incorrect file
content"? Please give test procedure (it looks perfectly fine
on Win2000/Netscape)

ru-koi.inc.php seems to be ok in 2.4.
Still problem with name for
jscalendar-0.9.6/lang/calendar-ru_koi.js, should be
calendar-ru-koi.js. Also content is still corrupted.

About content - it seems to me, that there are no eols in
the file.

Both Russian encodings in 2.5.2 do not work at all. Could you
give me some info - how do you make those lang files?
Because those lang files are broken from version to version.
