The image shows that if the table has V scrolling enabled, and you resize the table, making it bigger, the TopIndex (i.e. the row that is shown at the top of th table) is not changed. It should be changed as the table can now show more rows than before, so the TopIndex should be decreased appropriately.
Genuine issue.

When I try to look at the image I just get an empty XPTable source directory tree. Could you try again with the file. Or a better description ;)
