Just new to looking into xProcess. Seeing regularly statements of a process that can be included for prince 2. Where can I find this import to play with? Also I have scrum 3.0.4 but can't find 3.1.
I previously posted this on the open discussion form, This is probably a better place to ask. Sorry for the cross posting.
Thanx
Regards, Mark

The original Prince 2 configuration include proprietary information in the form of copyright templates for project artifacts. If you are interested in developing and releasing an open version of a Prince process, do let me know. I'd be very happy to help with initial templates and process definition.
Andy.

Andy,
Thank you for the reply. I have bin away for a while.
As mentioned, I am new to xprocess but want to give it a try.
I would love to have this gap filled.
Any startingup information is very welcome.

Quite a good way to start defining a new process is to set up a project using the simple process and then decide which parts of the project you want to turn into parameterised patterns that can be used on the next project. as a minimum you'll want a project pattern in your process so that a new project will have follow the structure you want and have your patterns available to you. You can then add task patterns, templates for artifacts, role types and so on.
We can set one up in the SourceForge repository and share this if you like?
Andy.

Just realised that there is already a data source for a Prince process in SourceForge, though this does not yet include a full process definition. If you'd like to contribute to this, join the project and then you can access the svn repository.
