I'm having a serious problem. When I look at my Personal Planner, active tasks don't appear for me to enter time under. Has anyone experienced this and can you tell me how to fix it?

When you look at your active tasks have they been scheduled?
Have you set any filters on the personal planner like 'Show today's Tasks'?
Would it be possible for you to take a screen shot of the personal planner, and one of the active tasks you expect to see (open the task editor) and send it to me: ts@openxprocess.com to see if I can spot why it is happening.
Also under Help there should be an option to Export Logs. This should create a zip file - could you also send that to me, thanks.

The reason the tasks did not show up was the filter setting on the personal planner. You can set this to show only this week's tasks or only open tasks or several other options. If you remove all the filters all tasks assigned to you should show up in the personal planner.
Thanks for sharing your screen so we could see what the problem was.
