#5 compute.cwres function not recognized

I installed R base package and xpose 4.0. I was able to run compute.cwres successfully, only once, after which kept getting an error message. When i do help(compute.cwres), the following message comes up:

No documentation for 'compute.cwres' in specified packages and libraries:
you could try 'help.search("compute.cwres")'

only when i do "help(compute.cwres,package=xpose4generic), does the function come up. Otherwise, it can't be located. I tried uninstalling R and reinstalling with xpose 4 library it but that didn't work. Not sure why !
