#3 Update patch for recent C::B SVN 12240 and wxWidgets 3.1.3

First of All thanks for your effort necessary to provide us your plug-in.

Attached you will find a new Code::Blocks project file I created yesterday based on the one posted by Morten MacFly in 2015.

The changes I have done made it possible for me, to build your plug-in for the Code::Blocks version 12240 used for the nightly from December the 13th 2020.

• I placed your complete project content based on the SVN version r73 in the C::B project path:
• • .....\trunk\src\plugins\contrib\xpmeditor-code-r73
• I placed this Code::Blocks project file in the same folder level, where the already existing cbp-files are located.
• My build was done on a Win 10 computer already using Code::Blocks version 12240 (self-build not the nightly) , MinGW 8.1 from the project MinGw-W64.
• I used an own DLL 64 bit build of wxWidgets 3.1.3 but unfortunately build in the SJLJ flavour and not in the SEH flavour caused by a problem between my ears.

I describe all that to make it possible for you to decide, if my new Code::Blocks project file could already provided for other users as it is or if some more modifications are necessary.
