#22 Oracle connection issue

Hi , I am able to run Xplanner plus with HsqlDb which will creating xplanner.script. I changed xplanner_custom.properties to connect to Oracle Database. I am getting "INFO - ion.jdbc.JdbcMigrationLauncher - Waiting for migration lock for system 'Xplanner' " When I start the Tomcat server.
I would appreciate your help on this issue.
