#32 Inputline bugs in Windows version

I use a norwegian keyboard mapping most of the time
and as a result the $, { and } keys are placed under an
ALTGR key.
This results in the input line not printing these chars and
I have to copy/paste them.
This might apply to other keys, but none that I've used
yet.
The entire process is also worsened by the fact the
ctrl+c, ctrl+v also don't work and you have to right click
in order to copy/paste.

Please tell us something like this :-)
The windows version contains a lot more unconveniences
than the linux version :-)
The keyboard thing is bad, I'll look into it.
