v2.5.4.1 segfaults on 64-bit Linux Mint (both Ubuntu-based Mint 16 and Debian-based Mint Cinnamon LMDE Release 1). I've attached a log from the former.
I reverted to v2.5.2.2, and it seems to work fine, though this is my first experience with XOWA and so I can't claim to have tested it very thoroughly.

Thanks for opening up the ticket. This sounds a lot like https://sourceforge.net/p/xowa/discussion/defects/thread/360dc6e0/. However, it was reproducible on v2.4.2 by two other independent users. I'm sort of surprised that reverting back to this version removed the problem. There were a lot of changes between 2.5.4 and 2.5.2, but none affected the core download code.
As for the SEGFAULT, I don't have any other theories as it dies in XULRunner which is not in my direct control. At any rate, don't worry about any further testing: I will do some more investigation on my side. Unfortunately, I'm on vacation for a while, so I won't be able to do anything substantial until sometime in mid-June.
I'll post again here when I make more progress. Thanks again.
Apologies for the late reply, but I was on vacation.
I still can't reproduce this on my machines, though I haven't tried to install a different distro. However, if you get a chance, can you try the following?:
export SWT_GTK3=0 && java -jar xowa_linux_64.jarI'm hoping the new XULRunner might fix the issue. If not, I'm back again to trying to match your distro and try to reproduce the error on my side.
Thanks.

When i try to import a xml dump, all versions segfaults :(
Linux mint 17.1 64 bits
tried what you suggested, it made it worse.
in attachment the log of normal version 6
Thanks for the update. I really was hoping that XULRunner 24 would take care of the issue.
I'm going to try Mint 16 / Mint 17 on one of my machines sometime this week. I'll post again after my attempt.
I had some time tonight to look at this issue. I was actually able to reproduce it on one of my machines with v2.6.4.1 and the Live Disc for 64-bit Linux Mint 17.
I was able to fix it by using a later XULRunner. I made a new 64-bit build and uploaded it to my Google Drive account: https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B9cb52zjL2rIMVBhUGxxQXFhUVE/view?usp=sharing
Can you try it and let me know if it resolves the issue?
More details on my steps below.
Thanks.
[NOTE: These steps are automatically included in the new v2.6.4.2 64-bit build above. You don't have to follow these steps; all you have to do is unpack the new v2.6.4.2 build. I'm only detailing them for sake of documentation.]

Ok, it worked for me :D
Cool! Thanks for the confirmation! Glad to hear that it worked.
This will be a part of v2.6.5.1. I'm going to wait to see if anyone else confirms the fix. If not, I'll close this ticket in about two or so weeks.
This should no longer be an issue in XOWA v2.6.5+
