Currently, the support for DynamicPageList is limited. The most notable omission is filtering by categories. This will be implemented sometime after completion of CategoryTree functionality

I implemented this while generating the image databases for wikisource, wikibooks and wikiversity. It is part of the v0.12.3 release.
