I just installed enwikisource. It's working but if you scroll down on the main page to where the sister projects are shown, wikiversity is showed with a red link and clicking on it does not work even though I have wikiversity installed. I can, however, click on the other wikis there that I have installed.
PS. I have latest version of both wikis installed.

Thanks for the excellent detail. (You've been busy today, haven't you?)
I've fixed this for v0.7.4. The issue was that the icon uses an unregistered interwiki alias: [[wikiversity:]]
If you want to fix it before then, do the following:
Open up xowa.gfs in a text editor
Search for "+|peer|itm|wikiversity|v"
Change the line to "+|peer|itm|wikiversity|v;wikiversity"
Save the file and restart XOWA
The Wikiversity link is no longer red. Clicking on it will open the wikiversity page

Yes, I've just been converting most of my small/medium wikis to sqlite so I've been checking after each install if all is working properly.
BTW: I have one or two other bugs to report too:)

Cool. The sqlite format should be entirely seamless, but let me know if you find anything.
I saw them and replied. Thanks.
