#84 Add vertical positioning of toolbars and --export CLI option

I have hacked two new features:

• Vertical positioning of the toolbars
• Export to PDF via a command line option

I would greatly appreciate if you would take a look and perhaps include something similar like that in the master branch. This is my first experience with GTK, so I was not sure how to make the changes in a proper way.
