#65 UI modifications with more dialogs
I added dialog boxes for preferences, paper type, and button mappings. This also made me rethink the menu arrangement.
The new dialogs use GtkBuilder instead of Libglade (which is or will be deprecated). A config file flag controls whether the new interface should be used. GtkBuilder needs an extra cflag so be sure to run autogen.sh again after applying this patch.
Also some small modifications: stock fullscreen icon; arrow up/down icons for previous/next page.
This version contains a lot of bugfixes compared to the one I sent to the developer's mailinglist earlier.

(Andreas Butti is currently doing a major code rewrite that also includes (among other things) a broader use of dialogs in the interface. But that probably won't be fully operational until a few months from now.)
