#91 option to only print annotated pages

Oftentimes I have thought it would be very convenient to be able to have an additional option in the print dialog's "Range" section besides "all pages", "current page", and the user-defined range -- it would be nice to have a "annotated pages" radio-button. This would simply query the document for all the pages on which there are annotations, and only print those pages.
