#83 external (hyper)link on object

Hi.

This is similar as Tracker 2803444 ( file inclusion ).

My suggestion is to enable adding of a link for any object or
group of objects. Link should be url, any not only file but
mail, we address and others could be linked to an object.

Object(s) should be selected first.
New entry could be added in Tools menu (All Link).
Objects with (hyper)links could be marked or highlighted
in some way,
If first click of pen is on object of that kind, small menu
could appear with GoTo link and/or Edit and Remove.
On GoTo defaut OS's app for that type of url could be
started with that link as option .
