#54 More CAD-like features

Xournal is an awesome note-taking tool but it has some frustrating limitations when actually attempting to do any kind of technical drawing. My (humble) suggestions are:

Variable size grid
Grid snap/snap to grid subdivisions (invaluable!)
Vertice snap for snapping to corners/ends of lines
Arc/Circle/Rectangle/Polygon draw modes with draw from center/corner options; shape recognition is great but unpredictable and difficult for someone with poor drawing skills

These improvements would make a world of difference in trying to draw shapes composed of regular lines, arrows, circles, etc. Snapping to grid alone would be wonderful for decreasing the difficulty of hitting the ends of lines and other objects reliably.
