Word Grouping

One thing that I found very useful back before putting Linux on my tablet was word grouping. Basically, in MS Journal, it would group nearby strokes into a word so that you can move the whole word around very easily. When it's grouped, selecting the whole word is much easier -- if you get most of it and miss a bit, it will select it because it's grouped.
I guess it's most useful with the lasso tool for selections, which is another request around here somewhere :-)

I'm afraid Xournal's understanding of what the user does isn't sophisticated enough to reliably identify words... (also, the current approach is that the selection tools only get the strokes which are entirely within the selected area - so, in fact, if you aim a bit wider than you need, most likely you'll get exactly what you needed). Anyway, this will have to be considered again when the lasso is implemented.
