#25 Make shortcuts easier to reach

Is there any reason I need to press three keys to change the tool? Thats rather inconvenient when using a wacom tablet at least, because I can't just use the left hand (the one not holding the stylus) to change the tool. I would prefer if the tool-selecting shortcuts would be accessible by a single key. Gimp does it the same way.
