#228 Option to have your pen highlighted.

First, thank you for a great program. I use it often to edit PDF's. One thing that I would like to see added to future versions is when using the white colour pen, can a 'ring' be put around the colour to show where the cursor is. I try to use this to white-out sections on a PDF. If the background is white, it is a bit hard to know where the cursor is. The pencil cursor does show where you are, but if I am trying to white-out a section to do a neat cut, it is a bit difficult.
Maybe some way to have your pen highlighted when moving around, a bit like when people have YouTube videos of how to do something, and they have their pen (cursor) highlighted as they move the cursor about the scree,

Thanks for the suggestion! I'll keep it in mind - but not sure how easy
it is to implement, xournal's cursor handling is a bit rudimentary...
