#218 Delete multiple pages from pdf

In short, this is a request to delete pdf pages in a more flexible way. Right now the user has to delete page by page.

Assume a workflow in which the user is editing a long document (like a book), and goes through phases of editing in xournal (with a tablet) -> applying the edits -> new pdf -> edit in xournal.

Ideally the user could have options such as:
delete all pages before
delete all pages after
delete page range
delete unchanged pages

Or a fancier version could be:
* select pages from a viewed page thumbnail, then delete all

Does it make sense to you guys?
