#152 Table of contents

Xournal would be even more useful if it could automatically create a table of contents. This could be populated by extracting from each page the first line of text. (The one closed to the top of the page.) For annotated pdfs, only annotations would be included. That way, you could quickly find your way to those pages that have annotations. To be really fancy, the TOC could be graphical and include handwritten text, but even if only text boxes were supported, it would be a terrific addition. I'd be happy to discuss.
