I do realise that the bookmark function is tied to the PDF bookmarks, but maybe it would be possible to augment it a bit to allow creating bookmarks? That would be much appreciated. And as a matter of fact a friend told me that's the one function that makes him prefer Microsoft's OneNote over xournal.
