After upgrading from XOOPS 2.4.4 ( encoding: windows-1256 ) to XOOPS 2.5.6-UTF-8, the notifications method still with old charset. How to fix it ?
My DB is UTF-8 completely and All my web site pages works fine with UTF-8 charset.
User fixed that by using a UTF-8 conversion tool from Tarik
