For some reason Rootless mode is NOT avoiding
the Aqua menu bar as was the case in Aqua1.0a2
release. This may of been broken for sometime
now. X-windows can get stuck behind the Aqua
menu bar once again like was the case prior to the
a2 release.
This problem occurs for me with multiple displays
using Xinerama. The display with the Aqua menu bar
has the problem that the Rootless mode doesn't seem
to avoid the menu bar.
It doesn't seem to happen on my laptop with only one
display.
