#38 Cover not saved with relative folders

And yet another bug:

It seems that when using "Get IMDb Info" outside of the "Add"-dialog, the cover is downloaded, but not actually saved when using "Relative folders".

How to reproduce:
1) Create a new DB in a new directory (without existing cover folder)
2) In "Folders" dialog: activate folders "relative" to "database" location and change "Covers folders" to "Covers"
3) "Add" only a Title (e.g. "Terminator")
4) Save&Close (do not do a "Get IMDb Info"; this works)
5) "Tools|Update IMDb Info" : "Update all"

Cover icon is shown in list (as expected) and in edit dialog, but not in Movie Info section.

Also, it is not saved in the Covers directory.

When restarting xmm, the no cover is shown at all.

This is quite annoying because I imported a number of movies, but cannot download the appropriate covers all at once. Workaround is to not use "relative folders", which is not really satisfying.
