Of course you have to specify what should be cross compiled - that's
what the --in parameter is used for. You can either specify a single
file to be cross compiled (i.e. a .class file) or a folder. In the
latter case all files in that folder (.class ., .exe and .xmlvm) will be
cross compiled. For more details see page 10 of manual.pdf.
