Miggi, please have a look at the stack trace you sent. You removed the android:text attribute from the layout resource. As mentioned before, I suggest using a label and a checkbox without text for now. I think we will update the Android compat-lib to automatically map CheckBox to a combination of UILabel and UISwitch.
