This is actually a good point Gergely, thanks for mentioning it. So far we thought, if we write (C) XMLVM and then mention in a COPYING or LICENSE file who the people are that "own" XMLVM that should be enough. But I might be wrong and would like to figure this out. Do you think the only way to do this properly is to create a legal entity (like a company)? Maybe you have some pointers for us, that would be great.
